Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and responsible Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates efficiently and follows all company guidelines and procedures. You will oversee the Front Customer Service Operation as well as the back of the house operation.  You will assist the General Manager with training and managing employees and foster a positive work environment. The successful can must be hands on in all areas of the operation.  Possess strong leadership qualities.  Must have previous managerial experience.  Must be results driven.   The ideal candidate has fantastic people skills and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities 

• Comply with all operating standards and procedures pertaining to the daily operation and management of the store
• Take in customer garments.  Input into the POS system.  Complete transactions
• Assist in the overall management of the operation.
• Greet customers warmly and develop rapport to encourage repeat business
• Assist the Store Manager with hiring, training, and monitoring employee performance
• Foster a positive work environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous retail management experience is preferred
• Competent computer skills
• Excellent team building and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
