Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN

Pay Rate:$20.35 per hour

Shift Availability

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Background/Drug Screen: Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Operators to join our team in Inver Grove Heights, MN. This position is responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations through material handling, inventory management, shipping and receiving activities, and equipment operation. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Essential Job Duties

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Pick customer orders and receive incoming inventory
• Package lubricant products and materials according to specifications
• Load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse
• Complete shipping and receiving documentation accurately
• Enter inventory and operational data into computer systems
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist with production line operations and equipment monitoring
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed
• Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, production, or operations experience preferred
• Forklift operation experience required or ability to obtain certification
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout an entire shift
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
