Activity Director

CareCore at Meadows is seeking a passionate Activity Director to lead and develop engaging programs that enrich the lives of our residents. If you enjoy building meaningful connections, creating memorable experiences, and making a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee a comprehensive activities program for residents.

• Develop engaging recreational, social, educational, and therapeutic activities.

• Create monthly activity calendars and special events.

• Encourage resident participation while tailoring activities to individual interests and abilities.

• Supervise and support activity staff and volunteers.

• Maintain required documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance residents' quality of life.

Qualifications:

• Activity Director Certification preferred (or eligible to obtain certification).

• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Creative, energetic, and compassionate approach to resident engagement.

• Ability to plan, organize, and lead both group and one-on-one activities.
