Perkins Restaurant is in search of an experienced bookkeeper.  We are looking for a highly motivated, retail oriented individual with excellent communication and people skills, attention to detail, and integrity.  

Some responsibilities include:

•  Documenting transaction details
•  Putting together financial reports
•  Recording financial transactions
•  Tracking payroll data 
•  Balancing safes/change orders
•  Complete daily labor summaries
•  Adding and balancing daily cash drawers
•  Daily deposits
•  Auditing invoices
•  Assisting with hostessing and cashier duties as needed
