Little Masters Development Center is seeking compassionate, motivated professionals who want more than just a job—they want to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children and their families while building a rewarding career in early intervention and ABA.

You’ll work with toddlers ages 2–3, providing individualized, play-based ABA services in the child’s home. 

We are currently providing services to families in the Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn.


Required Qualifications:

  • Birth–Grade 2 Certification or LMSW

  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • Ability to communicate effectively with children and Spanish- and English-speaking families

  • Passion for working with toddlers and young children

  • Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care

  • Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and follow clinical guidance

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Early Childhood Education, or a related field

  • Previous experience working with young children or families

  • Previous ABA experience is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing clinical support

What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy to toddlers ages 2–3

  • Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision

  • Support children's communication, social, behavioral, and developmental goals

  • Collect and accurately record clinical data

  • Build positive, supportive relationships with children and their families

  • Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking caregivers and other members of the child's care team

  • Collaborate with BCBAs, OTs, PTs, SLPs, and other professionals

  • Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development
