Job Opportunity: ABA Therapist for In-Home Care (Overnight and Weekend Shifts)


Are you a compassionate and skilled ABA Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity? We’re seeking a dedicated professional to work with a highly aggressive autistic individual in a supportive, in-home setting.

Position: ABA Therapist
Location: In-Home Care
Shifts: Overnight shifts, Saturday and Sunday
Pay: $18/hour
Team: Work alongside another ABA Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate closely with another ABA therapist to ensure consistent care.
• Provide support and interventions in an in-home environment.
• Utilize effective strategies to manage and reduce aggressive behaviors.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with individuals with autism, particularly in managing aggressive behaviors.
• Strong knowledge of ABA techniques and principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overnight and weekend shifts.
