ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2022 and is a growing team of three focused on building a strong, service-driven office. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 26 years in the broadcast industry as a meteorologist, which helped develop strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.

I’m a graduate of Mississippi State University and a proud spouse and parent of two. As a family, we love to travel and are big Disney fans, always looking forward to our next adventure together. We stay involved in the community by sponsoring local sports teams and supporting youth activities.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Craig Carnesi - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
