About the Role:

As a BCBA with GreenLight ABA, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized behavioral treatment plans for our clients. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality care and support. Your expertise and dedication will help shape the future of our clients, empowering them to grow, thrive, and reach their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

• Conduct behavior assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Provide training and support to staff and family members on behavior analysis techniques and strategies

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in behavior analysis

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
