Position Overview:

We’re hiring an Office Representative to join our team in a role that blends customer interaction, sales, and day-to-day office support. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, staying organized, and being part of a team that’s focused on growth.

You don’t need prior insurance experience — we’re happy to train the right person who brings the right attitude and work ethic.

What You’ll Do:

• Connect with new and existing customers to understand their needs
• Assist with quoting and selling personal and commercial insurance products
• Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline
• Build strong relationships through phone, email, and in-person conversations
• Support clients with policy updates, renewals, and general questions
• Keep accurate notes and activity in our CRM system
• Identify opportunities to increase coverage and provide additional solutions
• Work closely with the team to support office goals and daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Willing to obtain state insurance licenses (we’ll guide you through the process)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
