Advance Fleet Services is a rapidly growing fleet service provider, dedicated to delivering exceptional service for all makes and models of heavy-duty equipment. We pride ourselves on our highly skilled team and are seeking experienced Diesel Technicians to expand our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and vehicles (class 3 - 8).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using computer programs.
• Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on diesel equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty parts and components.
• Weld and solder as necessary for repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns.
• Maintain accurate notes on repair orders.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment. Participate in occasional roadside service.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of diesel mechanic experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to provide own tools and toolbox.
• Familiarity with DOT inspections, air systems, electrical diagnostics, and repairs.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• EPA 608-609 license, ASE certification, and CDL preferred but not required.
• Experience with programs such as Cummins Insite, Tech Tool, and JPRO is a plus.

Training Opportunities:

Qualified candidates will receive training in:

• Cummins ISX, ISB, and ISL.
• ASE certifications.
• DOT and OEM training.
• Software training for all makes and models in North America.
