Key Responsibilities

•  Manage daily store operations and achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience 
•  Oversee inventory, product displays, and in-store merchandising to maintain a consistent brand image 
•  Lead store social media activities including content creation and customer engagement to drive traffic and sales 
•  Use digital tools and data insights to improve sales performance and membership growth 
•  Train, coach, and manage store team to improve service quality and execution 
•  Support planning and execution of in-store promotions and events 

Requirements

•  Minimum 2 years retail management experience; beauty, wigs, or hair industry experience preferred 
•  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills 
•  Customer focused mindset with strong problem solving ability 
•  Flexible availability including weekends and holidays 
•  Passion for beauty, fashion, and customer experience 
•  Chinese language required
