Data Center Material Handler | Sparks, NV

Nexeo Staffing is hiring full-time Material Handlers to support a high-tech data center operation near USA Parkway. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, manufacturing, production, or assembly experience.

No previous data center experience required! You’ll receive training to help move, track, inspect, and install materials and equipment in a clean, fast-paced facility. If you’re dependable, comfortable performing hands-on work, and take pride in accuracy and teamwork, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from trucks and containers
• Verify part numbers, quantities, shipping documents, and product condition
• Stage, move, stock, and organize materials throughout the facility
• Complete inventory counts and replenish parts and supplies
• Process returned materials and update inventory records
• Use warehouse management systems, RF scanners, or other inventory tools
• Assist with basic equipment assembly and hardware installation
• Use basic hand tools and follow written instructions or diagrams
• Operate pallet jacks, straddle stackers, rack movers, and similar equipment after training
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Lift up to 50 pounds and regularly stand, walk, bend, push, and pull

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, inventory, manufacturing, assembly, or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory systems
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation to the USA Parkway worksite
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to complete a pre-employment drug screening and national background check

Helpful, but Not Required

• Shipping and receiving, stocking, picking, packing, or inventory-control experience
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
• Experience using basic hand tools or assembling equipment

Pay

$25.00 Per Hour

*Employees who are offered and accept permanent employment may receive a $1.00/hr increase to $26.00/hrafter temp-to-hire period.

Schedule

Day Shift | Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

*Must be willing & available to work overtime as needed.
