Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired finishes.
• Apply paint using spray guns and other tools with precision.
• Inspect painted vehicles for quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Perform minor body repairs as needed to ensure a flawless finish.
• Stay updated with the latest painting techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an automotive painter or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
