Labor & Delivery RN - Flexible 1-2 Nights/Week - Frisco, TX

Location: Frisco, TX 75034
Contract: 8–12 weeks
Schedule: 12-hour nights
Shift: 6:45 PM–7:15 AM

CareerNation is hiring experienced Labor & Delivery RNs for several contract openings at an established medical center in Frisco TX.

• 1 × 12-hour shift/week
• 2 × 12-hour shifts/week
• 8-week and 12-week contract options available

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced L&D RN looking to supplement an existing schedule without committing to a traditional 36-hour travel assignment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care throughout labor, delivery and recovery; monitor maternal and fetal status; perform fetal monitoring; administer medications and treatments; assist with deliveries and C-sections; recognize and respond to obstetric emergencies; maintain accurate documentation; and collaborate with physicians, anesthesia and the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN or applicable compact license
• Current BLS
• Recent Labor & Delivery experience
• Strong fetal monitoring skills
• Comfortable working independently during night shift
• C-section experience strongly preferred
