Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Denver, Colorado
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at GreenLight ABA in Denver, Colorado. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with ASD
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions, as well as group therapy sessions as needed
Analyze and interpret data to inform treatment decisions and measure progress
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and support
Develop and implement behavioral skills training programs to help children achieve independence
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

Requirements:
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)*
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA or BCBA candidate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with children and families
