As a Staff Development Coordinator at Elba Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will play a crucial role in driving excellence in our team's performance and patient outcomes. Located in Elba, AL, our center is committed to providing top-notch rehabilitation services, and we're seeking a talented individual to support our staff in achieving their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive staff training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

• Conduct needs assessments, identify gaps in training, and create customized training solutions

• Collaborate with clinical leaders to design and deliver targeted educational programs

• Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes for new staff members

• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching

• Maintain accurate records of staff training and development activities

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of center policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year of LTC experience preferred; experience in staff development, scheduling, orientation, or nursing education preferred.

• Level of Education: Current, active, and unrestricted RN or LPN license issued by the applicable state board of nursing.

• Current BLS for healthcare providers certification
