We're searching for a bilingual Intake Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys speaking with prospective clients while guiding them through the initial stages of the legal process.

Responsibilities

•  Answer incoming inquiries 
•  Gather client information 
•  Qualify prospective clients 
•  Schedule attorney consultations 
•  Maintain accurate CRM records 
•  Deliver outstanding customer service 

Qualifications

•  Bilingual English/Spanish required 
•  Customer service or sales experience 
•  Excellent communication skills 
•  Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day 
•  Ability to multitask
