An Automotive Store Manager/Assistant Sales Manager takes on many different roles as they assist in the management of day-to-day operations of one of our centers, including: answering phones using a company script, communicating with customers, building estimates, and working with company vendors.
Position Responsibilities:

• Answering phones
• Preparing estimates
• Ordering parts and inventory
• Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles' repairs
• Coordinating transportation services
• Delivering a high level of customer service

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of office experience
