Senior Maintenance Manager

Join our industry-leading team!! We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function within a fast-paced industrial facility. This is a working-manager role for someone who can lead a team while remaining hands-on with equipment troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities, priorities, and staffing.
• Maintain production equipment to maximize uptime, reliability, and efficiency.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs, procedures, and systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues and coordinate repairs.
• Oversee equipment installations, upgrades, inspections, and improvement projects.
• Evaluate repair needs, costs, and outside service requirements.
• Supervise maintenance personnel, including scheduling, timekeeping, and time-off requests.
• Partner with Operations and Production teams to identify equipment improvements and reduce downtime.
• Promote a strong safety culture and maintain compliance with company procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement within the Maintenance Department.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to work alongside maintenance personnel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience in aluminum extrusion or metal manufacturing is highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• English proficiency required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to perform hands-on maintenance work and occasionally lift or move heavy equipment or materials.
