We are seeking an outstanding RN Nurse Manager to join our nursing leadership team at Envive Healthcare of River City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and services to our residents. Don't stand out, be outstanding!

Responsibilities:

• Assist in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plan, ensuring use of appropriate safety devices, positioning and toileting plans, infection control measures, and more.

• Coordinate and supervise all services on assigned units to achieve a comfortable and homelike atmosphere for residents.

• Regularly round on nursing units to check-in with staff, residents, and provide support and direction as needed.

• Assure staff treats residents with dignity and respect, follows facility policies and procedures, and creates a team-oriented atmosphere that enhances resident care and quality of life.

• Provide support and direction for nurses, including assessment and care planning, task management, and education.

• Monitor and assure that incidents, accidents, and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly, and communicate effectively with all responsible parties.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed RN/LPN.

• Minimum one-year experience in long-term care - supervisory experience preferred.
