In this role, you’ll play a key part in recruiting and onboarding staff, supporting employees, managing schedules, monitoring staffing needs, and helping create a positive workplace culture. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure our residents receive the highest quality care from a strong and well-supported team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience in HR, workforce planning, or scheduling

• Healthcare experience preferred

• Ability to work with staff and leadership at all levels

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
