About the Role:
VA Cars West Broad Inc is looking for a driven and personable Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team in Henrico, VA! This is your opportunity to be the first point of contact for customers, helping connect them with the right vehicles while launching a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and online inquiries to schedule appointments
• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing, website submissions, and referrals
• Communicate vehicle availability, promotions, and dealership offerings to prospective buyers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer handoff and appointment show rate
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for appointments set and lead conversion rates
• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude
• Previous experience in a BDC, call center, sales, or customer service role preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Proficiency with CRM tools, email platforms, and basic computer applications
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive experience a plus
