As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a vital role in our mission to make a lasting impact in the lives of our clients.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated BCBA to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, training and supporting caregivers, and conducting assessments and data analysis. You will work closely with our team of professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD

• Conduct assessments and data analysis to gather information and track progress

• Train and support caregivers in the implementation of treatment plans

• Collaborate with other GreenLight ABA professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in the field
