Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic , and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team! You will be leading a class of students through the school year, assessing their growth and learning, and creating curriculum to meet their developmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a comprehensive curriculum using the CT ELDS
• Teach children life long learning and social skills
• Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques
• Communicate with parents and other school personnel
• Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, state teaching certification, CDA, and/or equivalent
• Strong understanding of child development principles, best practices in education and classroom management
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving and mediation skills
