What You'll Do
As an Office Representative, you'll help create a positive experience for our customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the agency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Build strong customer relationships through friendly and professional service.
• Help schedule appointments and follow up with customers as needed.
• Assist with policy questions, service requests, and general customer inquiries.
• Learn about insurance products and help educate customers on available coverage options.
• Support agency marketing and customer outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
