Job Summary
We are looking for an Automotive Parts/Clerical Position to join the team at our busy auto parts center. If you are a mechanically-inclined, and have been working in the  automotive  industry with strong communication and multi tasking skills. We want to hear from you. 

As the Automotive Parts/Clerical Position, you will be responsible for duties ranging from managing service technicians to tracking inventory. You will use your negotiation skills to secure the best prices on inventory and ensure a consistent balance between supply and demand. To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized and have in-depth knowledge of automotive parts. 
 
Responsibilities 

• Maintain consistent inventory levels of parts to ensure auto repairs and sales can move forward without delay. 
• Record and track auto parts sales and repair work
• Maintain auto parts per RO# 
• Provide assistance, when necessary, with parts ordering an tracking
• Ensure all parts ordered meet the quality standards of the company
• Secure best available pricing on automotive parts using strong negotiation and communication skills
• Post/scan parts invoices daily
• Follow up on parts orders
• Mix paint with the new Moonwalk paint mixing system(will train)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• At least one year of experience in auto repair or auto parts sales is required
• Management experience is preferred 
• Strong customer service, administrative, and organizational skills
• Deep knowledge of automotive parts and industry
