Salary: $70,000 annually

The Learning Experience is searching for an inspiring Preschool Director who believes great schools are built through great leadership.

This position combines educational leadership, team development, and operational excellence to create an environment where children are excited to learn and teachers are empowered to succeed.

You'll Lead

• Daily operations of a thriving preschool
  
  
• Teacher hiring, onboarding, coaching, and evaluations
  
  
• Enrollment growth and family satisfaction
  
  
• Licensing compliance and quality assurance
  
  
• Classroom excellence using our proprietary curriculum
  
  
• Community partnerships and local marketing efforts
  
  

We're Looking For

• Proven childcare leadership experience
  
  
• Massachusetts Director I & II Certification
  
  
• Knowledge of EEC regulations
  
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills
  
  
• Passion for early childhood education
