Role Snapshot — Portland, OR (97203)

• Prep surfaces: clean, sand, and mask to achieve the right profile and edge lines.
• Run blasting operations to remove rust, old coatings, and contaminants.
• Mix and apply primers, paints, and coatings per job specifications.
• Inspect finishes for uniformity and durability; make adjustments when needed.
• Maintain and care for tools, spray guns, and blasting equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols to keep yourself and your team protected.
• Work closely with teammates to deliver on quality standards and timelines.

What It Takes

• Hands-on experience as a professional painter and sandblaster.
• Knowledge of coating systems, application techniques, and safe work practices.
• Ability to operate blasting equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong eye for detail and a commitment to top-tier workmanship.
• Physical endurance and comfort lifting heavier materials.
• Solid communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are welcome.
