We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, helping customers protect what matters most, and being rewarded for performance.

Licensing Requirements

This is a licensing-contingent position.

• An active Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred.
  
  
• Candidates who are not currently licensed are encouraged to apply but must be willing to obtain their Property & Casualty license as a condition of employment.
  
  
• We provide  coaching, and full support throughout the licensing process to help you become licensed and successful.
  
  

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through inbound opportunities, referrals, networking, outbound follow-up, and lead management.
  
  
• Conduct consultative insurance conversations to understand customer needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
  
  
• Quote, present, and close personal lines insurance products with confidence and professionalism.
  
  
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow-up.
  
  
• Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through policy issuance.
  
  
• Overcome objections and confidently ask for the business.
  
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and customer records within agency systems.
  
  
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development.
  
  
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales and production goals.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain with agency support.
  
  
• Previous sales, insurance, banking, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred.
  
  
• Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
  
  
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers.
  
  
• Self-motivated with excellent organization and disciplined follow-up.
