Personal Training Business Director

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a Personal Training Business Director to provide strategic leadership for Wellness Programming and community health initiatives across the Association. Working closely with the Executive Director of Wellness Programming, this role focuses on program delivery, ensuring consistent quality standards, driving member engagement and retention, and managing the trainers who deliver these services.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with Executive Director of Wellness Programming to develop consistency and accountability practices throughout the Association. Provide leadership, guidance and training to full and part-time staff.Partner with community organizations and represent the YMCA at community events.Support budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal stewardship for training programs.Visit branches and ensure personal and small group training programs consistently deliver high-quality experiences.Collaborate with other product lines and departments to support broader association initiatives.Recruit, onboard, train, supervise, and evaluate trainers across assigned branchesDevelop and implement strategy for personal and small group training programs across assigned branchesMaintain accurate records and reports that track revenue, participation, and program satisfaction for assigned areas. Grow revenue annually as defined by leadership. Build and maintain positive relationships with members and staff. QualificationsNo minimum education requirement.
