Job Description
Behavior Technician - Make a Difference in the Lives of Children with Autism
At Imagination ABA Therapy, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team of professionals committed to providing high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. As a BT, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to deliver evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that promotes meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Implement ABA therapy interventions in a variety of settings, including homes and community based locations
Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and track progress
Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and client progress
Provide ongoing support to clients and their families to ensure successful implementation of therapy strategies
Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:
RBT certification is preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience preferred
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
