• Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• Demonstrate strong service skills by actively listening and asking thoughtful questions to understand and meet customer needs effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses and commit to ongoing professional development.
