Hybrid customer service representatives needed in Lemoyne, M-F 4 hours a day, must be able to work until 5pm two days out of the week. This is a high demand position so contact us immediately to get your interview scheduled!
*This role is a hybrid position requiring in-office work for two days weekly, typically on Tuesdays and Fridays. Initial training will take place in the office over several weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service inquiries via phone
- Offer accurate information to callers
- Handle incoming mail and customer claims for all products
- Prepare outgoing mail and fulfill various miscellaneous tasks.
