NEW Data Entry Clerk

We are hiring a fast and accurate Data Entry Clerk to input, update, and maintain data across internal systems. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and committed to data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and CRMs
• Verify and cross-reference data for accuracy and completeness
• Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity
• File and organize physical and digital documents
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain up-to-date records

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of data entry or administrative experience
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or database platforms
• Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
