Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate, patient, and dependable caregivers to support children and/or adults with developmental, physical, and/or behavioral needs in a home and community setting. If you have a heart for service and hands-on experience with special needs care, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support tailored to each client’s needs
• Assist with daily living activities and skill-building
• Support community integration and social development
• Implement individualized care and behavior support plans
• Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment
• Document services and report client progress

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

• Experience supporting children and/or adults on the autism spectrum, as well as those with Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Strong understanding of person-centered care and behavioral support
• Patience, reliability, and professionalism
• Ability to follow care plans and agency policies
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
• Ability to pass background check and meet hiring requirements
