Director of Nursing (DON)

A skilled nursing facility in the Tampa, FL is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead its clinical team and oversee all nursing operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong nursing leader committed to quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida RN license

• 2+ years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility

• Previous DON or ADON experience preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred

• Current CPR certification

Compensation & Benefits:

• $115,000–$125,000 annual salary
