We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in Whitewater. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and knowledge of the building or construction industry. The right candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and support while helping maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information
- Provide accurate and timely communication via phone and email
- Enter and process orders and maintain customer records
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Knowledge of the building, construction, or related industry preferred
