Position Overview


Seeking a reliable, organized Personal Assistant to help with a mix of personal and light office tasks. This role includes errands, occasional local driving, and general day-to-day support. Ideal for someone dependable who enjoys variety and staying organized.

Responsibilities

• Take notes and help track tasks, reminders, and priorities
• Make phone calls and assist with follow-ups
• Help keep bills and personal tasks on schedule
• Run errands as needed (including trips to nearby office ~6 blocks away)
• Provide occasional local transportation and assistance with appointments or errands
• Provide occasional office backup (answer phones, basic support)
• Assist with vehicle-related tasks (e.g., drop-off/pick-up at repair shop)

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable with local driving and errands as part of the role
• Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed for work use)
• Clean criminal background
• Intermediate English (spoken and written)
• Age 21+ preferred
• Dependable, organized, and proactive
