Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze loan applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, and real estate agents to facilitate the loan process.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Prepare and submit loan files for underwriting approval.
• Maintain communication with all parties throughout the loan process.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during processing.
• Utilize mortgage processing software to track loan status and documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 recent years' experience in mortgage loan processing  (BROKER CHANNEL A MUST) 
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and regulations.
• Proficient in mortgage processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
• Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
