As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission to foster independence and enhance the quality of life of children diagnosed with ASD.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Casa Grande, AZ. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior plans, conducting assessments, and providing behavior therapy to children with ASD. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for children with ASD
Conduct assessments to identify behavioral deficits and develop treatment plans
Provide behavior therapy to children with ASD, including one-on-one and group sessions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including parents, teachers, and other professionals
Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements:
Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
