As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission to foster independence and enhance the quality of life of children diagnosed with ASD.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Casa Grande, AZ. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized behavior plans, conducting assessments, and providing behavior therapy to children with ASD. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for children with ASD

  • Conduct assessments to identify behavioral deficits and develop treatment plans

  • Provide behavior therapy to children with ASD, including one-on-one and group sessions

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including parents, teachers, and other professionals

  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)

  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
