We are seeking a talented and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at GreenLight ABA, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our practice is built on the principle of fostering independence and enhancing the quality of life of children diagnosed with ASD. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, working closely with our team of experienced clinicians and therapists.

About the Role:

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for children with ASD

• Supervising and training Associates and BCBAs to ensure high-quality services

• Collaborating with families, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve client goals

• Monitoring and evaluating client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans

• Staying current with best practices in ABA and staying up-to-date on relevant research and evidence-based practices
  

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD

• Supervise and train Associates and BCBAs to ensure high-quality services
