ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris Yard - State Farm Agent, your work drives our agency's growth and supports our customers' success. You build strong relationships and act as the central link between customer needs and agency resources. By proactively identifying and marketing the right products and services, you help customers make confident decisions and strengthen their protection.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build meaningful customer relationships through warm, professional, and proactive communication
• Serve as the liaison between customer needs and agency departments to ensure smooth, accurate service 
• Proactively identify customer needs and market relevant products and services
• Manage inbound and outbound interactions with consistency, accuracy, and urgency
• Follow workflows, document, and meet activity expectations
• Support follow-ups, policy review meetings, and cross-sell opportunities
