• Perform high-quality abrasive blasting to prepare steel surfaces to spec.
• Apply industrial/marine coatings with accuracy and consistency.
• Operate blasting and painting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all shipyard and jobsite safety procedures without compromise.
• Deliver dependable attendance and complete scheduled hours.

Pay

$30.75 per hour with Overtime Available

What You Bring

• Proven shipyard or marine blasting & painting background (1st Class level experience).
• Hands-on skill in abrasive blasting and industrial/marine coating application.
• Experience preparing steel surfaces for coating and an eye for surface conditions.
• Working knowledge of proper surface prep and coating procedures.
• Ability to safely run blasting and painting equipment.
• Commitment to shipyard/jobsite safety requirements and PPE use.
• Reliability to work all scheduled hours.
