This position is responsible for driving new business into our office while establishing a rewarding career with unlimited potential. The ideal candidate should be a goal driven individual who wants to help people! 

Candidates must be intrinsically motivated to seek out new prospects and consistently generate sales by actively pursuing and achieving defined sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and qualify personal insurance opportunities in person, online, by phone, and through electronic communication 
• Confidently prepare quotes and present insurance products using agency technology and software with the ability to close deals
• Communicate with managers and coworkers in a friendly & professional manner
• Follow all company rules and regulations
• Assist customers with policy questions and endorsements

Requirements

• Enjoy Sales
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• PA Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License 
• PA Life Insurance License
• 1 Year of Personal Lines Insurance experience
• Ability to remain focused and strive to provide outstanding customer service
• Be highly attentive to details
• Strong organization and time management skills
