ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I’ve been an agent with since 2016 and currently lead a team of nine. Over the years, I’ve focused on building a strong, supportive team environment where people can grow and succeed together.

Outside of the office, I’ve been married for over 28 years and have three children. I’ve also spent time coaching youth sports in Bay City, which reflects my passion for mentorship, teamwork, and helping others develop.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jon Laporte - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
