Compensation is $250,000 to $310,000 W-2 plus a $40,000 retention bonus, with no call, no nights, and no weekends.This is pediatric dentistry and oral and maxillofacial surgery in a busy outpatient practice, not a hospital. You will complete the pre-anesthesia assessment, build the plan, run the airway, and stay with the patient through recovery. Nasal intubation is a regular part of the pediatric dental day. You will work with oral surgeons, dental providers, and ASC staff. No hospital board. No inpatient rounding.
