GPS Jobs is hiring Lead Warehouse Associates for a leading U.S. manufacturer in Early Branch, SC.
Why Apply? - Pay: $20-$21/hour
- Shifts Available:
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
- Training Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Temp-to-Hire opportunity

- Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, and shipping
- Supervise, train, and support warehouse team members
- Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Assign work priorities and support scheduling needs
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA standards
- Partner with other departments to improve workflow and productivity
- 3-5 years of warehouse experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with WMS, ERP systems, and RF scanners
- Forklift experience or certification
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible for overtime, weekends, and shift changes as needed
