ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative at Valentine State Farm, your job is to generate an exceptional experience that reinforces the growth of a successful insurance agency. We are looking for someone with attention to detail, great customer service skills, and a desire to help others. You can enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, educating customers on insurance and financial services products and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate detailed records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must complete NE Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licensing process.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask is a must.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
