Job Summary
We are seeking a positive, friendly helper in our front office who will be a reliable, hard-working individual who wants to be part of a team. Must be detail oriented, willing to help no matter the task and open to learning new skills. A positive and welcoming personality is a must in our family-friendly office. This is an entry level position. No experience needed. 

Responsibilities: 

• Help sort, process and file paperwork
• Help communicate with customers, vendors and insurance companies in person and on phone
• Learn to utilize required computer programs for various job duties
• Keep customer office area neat and organized
• Help in other areas as needed

Qualifications: 

• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Computer literacy
• Motivated and want to learn
