About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess product dimensions and tolerances.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records for quality assurance purposes.
• Identify defects and non-conformities, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Participate in internal audits and assist in maintaining ISO certification standards.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control processes and best practices.
• Assist in the development and improvement of quality control procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in quality control preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
